Our lights are guaranteed for 90 days to 1 year depending on the manufacturer.

If you are returning lights/products due to damage or any other reason, they must be returned within 14 days to be issued a refund and returned in the same condition & packaging as you received them.

After 14 days we may do exchanges only if item is in stock otherwise a refund may be issued by check, paypal or on your credit card after inspection by Suprtec Novelties.

After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty replacement(s). Please note a manufacturer's statement of Average Rated Life Hours does not imply a warranty.

If you are returning the lights or any other items because you clicked on the wrong color, size or you
changed your mind after receiving them, there is a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for any shipping charges.

There will be no returns or exchanges permitted after December 24th of the year in which the purchase was transacted.
